While we understand that a lot of utility UTV owners like to use a full windshield for cold weather situations, Klock Werks also knows that there is nothing more miserable than sitting in a cab behind a full shield in the heat and dust of the season. We took our original, patented windshield design from the sport side-x-side market and developed a UTV Flare™ Windshield for the popular workhorse in the UTV utility market: The Polaris General.

The innovative UTV Flare™ Windshield – U.S. Pat No. 10,118,468 - design features “hips” at the outer edge of the shield that re-route air, and the “flip” at the top is designed to kick the air up and back as clean, less turbulent air for driver and passenger. This means you’ll have all the wind/debris protection you need without sacrificing your ability to see!

Unlike flat shields that don’t work if they are too low, or visibility is lost if it’s too high, you’ll still be able to look over the Flare™, even after it’s caked in mud.

This sleek windshield is made from hard-coated polycarbonate and is available in two shades: clear and tint.

The kit comes with patented AXIA Alloys detach clamp hardware, roll cage clamps, and thumbscrew turn knobs, machined from billet-aluminum, then black anodized.

Installation is a snap, and all necessary hardware and molded die cut rubber trim is included.

Modification may be required for aftermarket roll cages and cages with intrusion bars.
