We DO NOT Offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" so please choose carefully. Please make sure the part is the correct part for your motorcycle when ordering.  Call us with any fitment questions if you're unsure.  "Change of mind" means any reason other than faulty or damaged.

If you order a part that is shown as shipping from the " Supplier Warehouse" please choose carefully as we WILL NOT offer returns or exchanges on these parts as they are coming from our USA warehouse. Call us with any fitment questions if you're unsure.

Fitment guides are included on as many parts as possible and we are updating these constantly. Pictures are used on the website for indication only.  Do not assume the picture is an accurate description of the item.  The product description, fitment guide or clarification by us is a more reliable source of information.  Call or email us before you order if you are not 100% sure these parts will fit your bike. Once you order the part, it is understood this is the part you need.  We will not return or exchange any products ordered under an assumption of fitment.

Under no circumstances will we accept any returns on motorcycle parts which have been fitted to a motorcycle. If you have mounted any parts they cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Please make sure you are ordering the correct seat for your motorcycle, these cannot be exchanged or refunded once shipped.

We will only consider a refund for items that are faulty. We do not offer refunds on incorrectly ordered or unwanted parts.  Any refund granted will be for the original purchase price only, shipping charges will not be refunded.

For exchanges and returns you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you. We will not ship the new merchandise or refund the product until we receive the items(s) you are exchanging / refunding. Please allow 3-5 business days for refund and exchange processing. Items must be unused, not worn, tags attached, and undamaged. Items must be received within 14 days of your original order.


At Parts Outlet we guarantee the quality and workmanship of the products we sell and we want your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact our Customer Service Center so that we may resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

We hope that you never have to return any of our products, but if you do here are a few things to keep in mind. When your order arrives, check all packages for damage or missing items. If there is anything damaged or you are missing products that your packing slip states should be there, make a note of them.
