Q. Why do some of your products show as 2-3 week delivery?
In order for us to offer the wide range (25,000+ parts) of hard to get and rare parts on our site, we pull stock from our US affiliate warehouse only when ordered. This does mean there is a wait for delivery, but it also allows us to have a bigger range of parts. In stock Gold Coast means we have it here and can ship today, supplier warehouse means we will get it in for you and ship out as soon as it is here. Most parts of Australia will be around 2 weeks for delivery of those items.
Q. How long will my order take from the supplier warehouse?
We place our orders from our US warehouse on Monday and Thursday nights. Everything is then air freighted to us in pallet loads by Fedex and usually arrive at our Australian warehouse in around 10-12 days. Every item is then packed and shipped out to you the day it arrives here via Australia Post or Startrack.
Q. When will I get tracking information for my order?
You’ll receive tracking info when your parts leave our Australian warehouse.
Q. Can I get custom coloured seat stitching?
We can only order “stock” seats from our suppliers. The manufacturers do have custom seat making programs, but the are only available through their websites as a direct order. We cannot place those custom orders, you will deal directly with the seat manufacturer.
Q. How can I be sure a part will fit my bike?
Use the “Shop My Ride” fitment guide on each product to find parts for your make and model. If your bike is listed, we stand behind that fitment. Although generally accurate, there are of course some occasional errors so please fee free to email, call or message us to double check fitment.
Q. Where are you based?
We are located just south of the NSW/QLD border near Tweed Heads and operate on NSW time.
Q. What are your hours?
We are open Monday to Friday 8am - 3pm NSW time.
Q. Do you have a workshop?
We are spare parts and accessory retailers only. We do not have a workshop.
Q. Do you have trade pricing?
