- These cams work with solid or hydraulic lifters, and the idle remains unaffected up to 6000 rpm with stock valve springs
7 Grind Cam
- Upgraded version of #6 Grind Cam
- Great street cam for 84/88 inch strokers: maximum torque available from 2200 to 6500
NOTE: On late 77 and later engines, the pitch diameter and the camshaft, pinion gear and breather valve gear was changed. These components are not interchangeable with earlier-style components unless replaced in sets only. Late 77 and later gear sets are identified by a circular grove machined in the outer face of the cam gear.

Open: 29 degrees
Close: 53 degrees
Duration at .053: 268 degrees
Valve lift: .510 in.
Pan: .535 in.
Exhaust Specs:
Open: 56 degrees
Close: 27 degrees
Duration at .053: 268 degrees
