  • Converts 2009-up FLT Touring models from belt to chain drive
  • Each kit features specially designed front & rear sprockets that allow for bolt-on installation, eliminating the need for grinding the inner primary for clearance
  • 27 tooth front sprocket & 57 tooth rear sprocket retains factory gear ratio
  • Both sprockets feature a drilled out Jagged design style that is both heat treated & coated for long-term durability  
  • Cush drive assembly is CNC machined from billet aluminum & finished in black anodize 
  • Requires use of 530 chains that are 140 links long, chain will need to be cut down to size (chain sold separately) 
  • Works with both factory & aftermarket Cush Drive rear wheels 
  • Fitment: 2009-up FLT Touring models 

Features: 

  • Direct bolt-on design, 27/57 sprocket combination engineered to move chain over & around inner primary. Other chain drive conversion kits for 09-up FLT require grinding / fabrication 
  • Front Sprocket: 27  Rear Sprocket: 57 (replacement front / rear sprockets available)
  • Sprockets feature lightweight drilled out design, design style found on Ness brake rotors 
  • Cush drive assembly CNC machined from billet aluminum 
  • Smooth feel & adds reliability when using high horsepower engines 

 530 Chain

  • Requires 530 premium chains, 130 length 
  • Chains will be cut down (reduce link #) during installation for a tailored fit 
  • Chain is purchased separately (not included with kit)
