Factory 24 forged billet wheels take the factory wheel style found on 2024-2025 Bagger models and bring it to a new level with high level CNC machining. Each wheel is CNC machined from aircraft quality forged billet aluminum 

  • Precision CNC Machined from Radial Forged 6061-T6 Aluminum
  • Smooth rolled rim lip featuring a CNC perimeter cut for reduced weight & style 
  • Accepts Ness Cartridge Type Wheel Hubs
  • Rigorous quality control ensures superior radial and lateral runout accuracy  
  • Structurally tested to meet or exceed DOT, JAS and TUV International Load Ratings
  • Available Sizes: 21" x 3.5" / 18" x 5.5"
  • Finish: Black Anodize finish with CNC machined aluminum accents 

    NOTES: Wheel only.
    Accepts Ness cartridge type wheel hubs.

    NOTE: Wheel can be used on both the front and rear of Harley-Davidson models, choose the appropriate hub kit per your application; accepts Ness cartridge front and rear hub kits.

  • Hub kits mount to Arlen Ness forged rims in minutes, kit includes all needed parts  
  • Single / Dual Disc, compatible with ABS & non-ABS  
  • Proprietary fully sealed wheel bearings w/ ABS sensor rings

  • Accepts all standard HD 5-bolt hub mounted brake rotors
  • Arlen Ness® rotors & FLT factory rotors adapters (accept factory brake rotors) are available
