Fully CNC machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum construction, precision diamond knurl pattern to insure surprisingly comfortable grip performance, and adds a great custom look to your bike at the same time.

  • Fits Triumph Bonneville, Scrambler, Thruxton, Thunderbird and Legend tanks.
  • Easy installation. Uses all the stock gas cap components - just remove snap ring from the old cap with snap ring pliers and install ours in seconds.
  • Offered in your choice of Hard Black anodize, Clear anodize, or Chrome plated finishes.
  • 2-15/16" (74mm) outside diameter, 1/2" (13mm) thick.
  • Made in the USA

Gas Cap Installation

  • Use snap ring pliers to remove retaining ring holding stock gas cap threads to cap.
  • Install gas cap threads to Joker Machine gas cap iwth stock retaining ring.
  • Snap ring pliers can be found at most local hardware stores.
