OHLINS STX36 Blackline Shocks - 12" Heavy Duty - Rebound Adjustable - 1990+ Touring - HD 776S2
The STX36 Blackline Twin shock absorbers are specifically developed for the following models: Harley-Davidson Electra Glide (1990–2022), Harley-Davidson Road Glide (1990+), Harley-Davidson Road King (1990+), Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic (1990+), and Harley-Davidson Street Glide (2006+).
Based on our STX monotube design, the shocks feature a high-pressure nitrogen gas-charged damping system with an internal reservoir in the main body of the shock.
Adjustable rebound damping allows you to change the behaviour of the shocks to suit your riding preferences, while spring preload can be adjusted for weight changes to ensure proper steering geometry. An easy-to-use spring preload tool is included with the shocks.

Specs:
- 36mm piston diameter
- 13" shocks are length adjustable +/- 5mm
- 12" shocks are fixed length for increased stroke
- Heavy Duty Weight range: 250 lb – Max 575 lb
Heavy Duty Weight range: Min 250 lb – Max 575 lb - Two rules must be in place to use an S2:
- Rider must be over 250 lb
- Combined weight must be over 500 lb
- If either of those rules are not in place, the customer should select the HD 778 (Not HD 778S2).
