- Big Bore kit yields excellent results with stock cylinder heads
- Easy installation no need to bore or split existing cases, just swap the cylinders (unless otherwise noted)
- Cylinders are constructed from premium aluminum castings with cast-in iron liners
- Kit includes cylinders, pistons, rings and gaskets (head, base and exhaust)
- Made in the U.S.A.
- Project requires a skilled technician. It is the responsibility of the person assembling the parts to check all clearances and assembly specifications.
- This bolt-on big bore cylinder and piston kit will increase the displacement of 96" or 103" engines to 106". It is as easy as a stock top end rebuild and requires no machining or flywheel rebalancing. For best performance, appropriate camshafts, performance air cleaner, performance exhaust and fuel system tuning are required.
NOTE: Will fit Twin Cooled motors
NOTE: EFI engines will require tuning. S&S recommends Dynojet® Power Vision® flash tuners for 2001-'06 engines with Delphi® EFI systems. Not legal for sale or use on CA or EPA pollution controlled motorcycles.
