Fits: 1954-'62 Over Head Valve. 4 Ribs w/o stock outside oiler passage, 5/16" gen mount holes. Pinion bushing I.D. 9/16". - Natural Cast Finish.

- Include gasket and mounting hardware

NOTE: *Generator mounting holes must be drilled to 5/16" for use with1958-later generators. Cast generator gearcovers come with countersunk hardware
