Fitment:1992-'99 HD^® Big Twin Features & Benefits: Standard Billet Cover. No thicker than a stock pump. Gears with fewer, but larger teeth provide increased oil volume for both supply and return sides of the pump. Supply gears are 9% wider than stock and standard S&S^® oil pumps 28% wider than stock return gears ensure proper crankcase scavenging, reduce drag on the flywheels, and eliminate oil carryover. Increased scavenging capacity results in: Less oil in the crankcase. Less oil carryover. Equipped with a stock length oil pump drive shaft. Includes:Complete oil pump assembly, Oil pump driveshaft, Miscellaneous hose fittings and plugs, Paper gaskets, and Mounting hardware.

• Supply-side gears are 9% wider than stock
• Return gears are 28% wider than stock to ensure that the additional volume of oil supplied to the engine is scavenged and returned to the oil tank, reducing the amount of oil in the crankcase breather
• Oil pumps only include supply gears, return gears, drive shaft keys, drive shaft snap rings, check ball, check ball spring, pressure valve spring, cover screws with O-rings, miscellaneous hose fittings, plugs, screws, gaskets, mounting hardware and instructions

  NOTE: *Pinion shaft gears included in these kits fit stock 1984-’89 pinion shafts and S&S pinion shafts for 1984-’99. Will not fit stock 1990-���99 straight pinion shafts. Standard style covers have feed and return holes in the stock locations. The universal cover has a number of oil feed and return options, allowing maximum flexibility for customized applications.
