S&S® offers high performance tappets for 1984-'99 HD® Evolution® and 1986-'90 HD® Sportster®. These tappets are a great choice for any stock or high performance application. Whether you have a stock 80 incher or the most outrageous big inch engine with a radical cam and spring combination, S&S tappets are built to take it. Sold as a set of 4, HL2T kit not included.

• Rollers have a larger-than-stock inner bearing race that reduces stress and increases axle life
• Each lifter body and plunger assembly is hand-fit and pressure-tested to ensure correct operation
• Redesigned plunger assembly withstands forces associated with heavy-duty valve springs and pushrods typically used in high-performance applications
• Revised metering device precisely controls oil delivery to top end, ensuring rapid lifter pump-up and reducing possibility of oil starvation to bottom end
